Can't log into my Wholesale Account?Updated a year ago

If you have not yet logged in to our new affiliate website, please try the following troubleshooting items:

1. Click this link: https://wholesale.ascentprotein.com/account/login?return_url=%2Faccount

2. Click “Activate Account” on that page, then enter the same email address you used to access your old account. Please note that if you don’t enter the same email address, you won’t get the invite to activate your account.

3. Once you enter your email and click “submit” you'll receive an email to confirm account activation and a link to reset your password.
   
   

If you are still experiencing issues, please try the following steps or contact your Sales Rep for further assistance 

1. Clear cache from a longer period of time (at least 1 month)
2. Use another browser
3. Use same browser in guest/private incognito. To do this, simply click on the 3 dots at the top right of the page and select 'New Incognito/ Private window.'
